Kathryn
Kat is our artist and owner here at Enchanted Ink. She has been tattooing for over six years and grows further as an artist year after year. She has had a flair for art since she could pick up a crayon. Kathryn has been taking art classes in many mediums to improve her skills. Not only is she the studio's new owner, but she has been here since the beginning and plans on watching her studio blossom. She has had a hand in every step of the new renovations and every once and a while she picks up her hammer and nails to make the studio looks that much better. Her career is just beginning and this promising young artist is bound to be seeing stars in the near future.
Megan
Megan is an exceptional tattoo artist and mother of three. She has been in the industry for 3 years, yet has pursued Art for many. She has found her greatest passion in tattooing, oil painting, pencil crayons, graphite, and many other forms of creative expression. Megan enjoys fantasy and nature subject matter such as fairies, flowers, animals, and anything you (as the client) are excited about. She is highly valued in our shop and adds a beautiful feminine touch to her tattoos. Megan makes receiving a tattoo a truly unforgettable experience.
Taryn
Taryn is a spirited, creative and knowledgeable artist. A hidden gem in the city for seven years she has come to Enchanted Ink to sparkle bringing much to the team here. Being from military background, she credits living in Germany for six years as some of her most inspiring life experiences. Continuously improving her skills in life and at work she is up for any challenge you could throw her way. She always looks forward to hearing her client's ideas and working with them to create a dynamic tattoo that flows with the body. Taryn, the amazing artist that she is, will be sure to get the job done well and above your expectations.
Clare
Originally from Victoria, B.C., Clare moved to Vancouver in her early twenties to complete a bachelor's degree in Visual Arts at Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design. From there she followed her drawing up to Jasper, Alberta to begin tattooing. A few shops later and a little further east she arrived at Enchanted Ink in the early summer of 2009. Born with a breathtaking talent to draw and further refined at art school, Clare has a unique skill for visualizing the perfect tattoo tailored for you. She enjoys all types of tattooing styles particularly pieces that have dynamic composition with movement, depth, perspective and rich colour. On her days off she works on her own fine art drawing, photography and painting and is planning an upcoming gallery show. Always up for a challenge, she looks forward to hearing your tattoo ideas and making your experience comfortable, super clean with a tattoo you just can't live without.
Ian
Ian is our apprentice of the shop and has been tattooing for about a year. He is an accomplished artist who enjoys doing comic book-esque artwork. Though he has explored many different types of art and mediums, he loves the good ol' pencil and sketchbook, graphic novel style.
