Our highest priority is making sure you're happy with the art or piercing you've decided on. And we'll do all we can to make sure you're comfortable...and stoked about our design!
All of our methods for tattooing, piercing, cleaning and sterilization exceed the requirements of the Health Department. Every needle we use is strictly used once, and then is immediately disposed of accordingly.
In addition, all tools and jewelry used pass through an ultrasonic cleaner preceding our autoclave. Tools are then inspected thoroughly by hand before each and every use. A monthly spore test is also submitted to our Health laboratory to maintain our appliances and to ensure the safety of our customers. We have also started to use chemical integrator tests in each autoclave load to ensue proper sterilization every time.
